Java must be enabled for radar loops to display.

In Netscape:< br>Select: Edit -> Preferences -> Advanced
Check "Enable Java" and "Enable Javascript"

In Internet Explorer
Select: Too ls -> Internet Options -> Security tab
Select the Internet zone and set the Security level for the zone to "Medium"


You may need to restart your browser after making these changes.

Free Of QuickTime!
I am pleased to announce that I have liberated both of us from QuickTime, for now. The encielo animation-viewer-of-choice is now AnimationS, a Java applet by Tom Whittaker available for use under the GNU Public License. I even plan to take a crack at improving the source. So if something doesn't work, please let me know!
